Monday through Wed

Soooo,
I've been doing so good and I'm proud of myself!!!! I even went to the gym on Saturday lol.
Anyway, Monday through Wed- I ate my fruit and veges during the day (with my meal replacement shakes when I get too hungry) and I've been doing my cardio EVERYDAY! Wooohoooo! So, we weigh ourselves again tomorrow ladies!!!

Another week almost down- WOOOHOOO!

Tuesday and Wednesday

Today I drank my shakes and had lots of water. I ate a piece of chicken for dinner. I haven’t really been eating much. I have lost some of my appetite, not complaining, it’s a good thing!
Well today will probably consist of the same as yesterday. I already drank 2bottles of water, and drinking my shakes as I type. Tonite I will do one hr of kickboxing! I’m so excited about this class!

I'm so excited that I am doing well on this challenge! cant wait for the results!!

Monday

Tonite I ate a small salad w beef and I'm bking for 30min...Great way to start the week! Can't wait to continue tomorrow!
So, I have been sick and wasnt able to follow the diet the way I was suppose to. I'm gonna to add another week sinc I missed so many days. This week I will consume mostly shakes,water and a small dinner!!!

Wed- Iesha

Ladies,
Yesterday was wonderful! I ate:

  • A peach
  • A banana
  • Celery sticks with peanut butter
  • Two meal replacement shakes
  • and cin. toast crunch for dinner :/ -- yea, yea, I know!!! lol

But, I got my treadmill time in!!! Wooohooooo!!! Third day down!!!!

So... Yesterday was a school day so I didn't work out...

I had:
  • Banana
  • orange
  • grapes
  • peach
  • Corn and green beans
  • Meal Replacement
  • 20oz of water
  • Turkey Sub- I know No Carbs, But my head was hurting so bad!
  • For dinner I had Cereal with my Son :)
