Tuesday- Iesha

So, Tuesday was pretty decent for me! Here's what I ate:

  • A peach
  • A banana
  • Celery sticks with peanut butter
  • Pickled carrots (lol)
  • two meal replacement shakes
  • 4 bottles of water
  • and for dinner I had grilled chicken, a few pieces of shredded beef, with vegetables
  • Also treated myself to a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch LOL (I know, I know...)

And I did my 30 minutes all uphill on the treadmill and abs :)

Now to start on Wednesday ;)

Tuesday!

I drank a lot of water and a shake for breakfast and lunch. For dinner I had grilled chicken breast w broccoli and carrots! Yummy! Lol. I did 40 min for bike riding.
So far, doing good and keeping on track. I just need to incorporate more vegetables in my diet.

Second day- Nathalie

Hey girls... So today was a long day for me! I got up at 4:30 and went to the gym with Audrina! Woohoo! We worked out for an hour.

Today I had:
  • A peach
  • A banana
  • An Orange
  • Orange Dream Machine from Jamba Juice
  • 2 Meal Replacements
  • A Green Apple
  • and my 33.8 Oz. of Smart Water...
Oh and last night I had a marvelous workout and I'm completely sore.... for dinner I had Turkey and veggies...

First day down- Iesha

Okay,
Ladies, I think we've all had a crazy Monday, but all in all we managed to do pretty good with our eating! So, today I had:
  • A pear
  • A banana
  • Two meal replacement shakes (16oz each) -
  • Two bottles of water

I had a meal replacement shake in the morning before I ate the pear and I had a meal replacement in the afternoon immediately after the banana. I feel pretty good, not tired or dragging and my crankiness is not due to the eating lol. Now, I'm getting ready to get off work and head to the gym (or the hiking trail if I can get my honey bunny to go with me lol) Either way- I'm ready to get it in!!!!!!

First day- Nathalie

I've been so busy at work today however, managed to have an orange, 16oz replacement shake, steamed veggies, and apricot; I've also been drinking on my 33.8 Fl OZ. of Smart Water too :)
Meeting up @ Monster gym with a friend that is gonna help me workout the right way and push me to the limit for these two weeks... :)
Warned me that I would probably end up hating him :-/ wish me luck girls...
OK! So today wasn’t that great for me. I have been so busy at work I haven’t been able to eat , which can be a considered good thing. So far, I have eaten an apple, a tangerine, 2 bottle of water and that’s it!
So I’m about to get off work and go to Robek and get a fruit smoothie with protein, head home and then work out!
Tomorrow have to be better.

Might do kick boxing classes that should be fun!

First Day Ahead

So tomorrow is the start of the 2 week challenge. Ilm exicted n looking forward to losing. 5lbs. So I'm ready to start, have to stay away from all these dinner invites.

On a mission!

My girls and I are starting a two week challenge. Since we haven't been able to stay motivated and adhere to a workout AND diet plan, we've given ourselves a two week challenge! Our challenge will consist of a diet plan and a workout plan.
The diet -
  • fruits, vegetables, meal replacement shakes during the day

(meal replacement shakes provide needed protein and carbs)

  • Full dinner at night- NO BREAD! NO PASTA!

The workout-

  • Cardio AT LEAST 5 days a week

Here, we'll share everything we eat, how we feel, and we will also share whether or not we've lost or gained! So, make sure to log on Monday and see how we're doing ;)
