On a mission!

My girls and I are starting a two week challenge. Since we haven't been able to stay motivated and adhere to a workout AND diet plan, we've given ourselves a two week challenge! Our challenge will consist of a diet plan and a workout plan.
The diet -
  • fruits, vegetables, meal replacement shakes during the day

(meal replacement shakes provide needed protein and carbs)

  • Full dinner at night- NO BREAD! NO PASTA!

The workout-

  • Cardio AT LEAST 5 days a week

Here, we'll share everything we eat, how we feel, and we will also share whether or not we've lost or gained! So, make sure to log on Monday and see how we're doing ;)
