Tuesday!

I drank a lot of water and a shake for breakfast and lunch. For dinner I had grilled chicken breast w broccoli and carrots! Yummy! Lol. I did 40 min for bike riding.
So far, doing good and keeping on track. I just need to incorporate more vegetables in my diet.
