Ladies, I think we've all had a crazy Monday, but all in all we managed to do pretty good with our eating! So, today I had:
- A pear
- A banana
- Two meal replacement shakes (16oz each) -
- Two bottles of water
I had a meal replacement shake in the morning before I ate the pear and I had a meal replacement in the afternoon immediately after the banana. I feel pretty good, not tired or dragging and my crankiness is not due to the eating lol. Now, I'm getting ready to get off work and head to the gym (or the hiking trail if I can get my honey bunny to go with me lol) Either way- I'm ready to get it in!!!!!!
I slit it with two 16oz of milk. it says one pack per 16oz... It was good, and it settled my stomach, I'll try 8oz in a min.
