OK! So today wasn’t that great for me. I have been so busy at work I haven’t been able to eat , which can be a considered good thing. So far, I have eaten an apple, a tangerine, 2 bottle of water and that’s it!
So I’m about to get off work and go to Robek and get a fruit smoothie with protein, head home and then work out!
Tomorrow have to be better.

Might do kick boxing classes that should be fun!

  1. That doesn't seem too bad to me, you just have to make sure you eat a little more tomorrow lady. You did great!!!! Kickboxing sounds like a plan! 1 day down, 9 more to go! Wooohoooo!!!!!

  2. For the first day that doesn't seem to bad... Just make sure you have some protein in your body before working out and a good dinner meal :)
