- A peach
- A banana
- Celery sticks with peanut butter
- Pickled carrots (lol)
- two meal replacement shakes
- 4 bottles of water
- and for dinner I had grilled chicken, a few pieces of shredded beef, with vegetables
- Also treated myself to a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch LOL (I know, I know...)
And I did my 30 minutes all uphill on the treadmill and abs :)
Now to start on Wednesday ;)
tuesday was terrible for me. i had an apple an orange in the morning. banana around 11. i was bad in the afternoon i had a handful of doritos =( for dinner i had broccoli and chicken. all day i had 4 bottle of water. nat & i went to the gym @ 5am whooo hooo did 20 min cardio then abs n 2 leg machines

ReplyDeleteNothing too bad about that! You have to treat yourself sometimes. A handfull did not throw you off! Keep going, we'll be there before you know it! Woohooo :)
