Tuesday- Iesha

So, Tuesday was pretty decent for me! Here's what I ate:

  • A peach
  • A banana
  • Celery sticks with peanut butter
  • Pickled carrots (lol)
  • two meal replacement shakes
  • 4 bottles of water
  • and for dinner I had grilled chicken, a few pieces of shredded beef, with vegetables
  • Also treated myself to a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch LOL (I know, I know...)

And I did my 30 minutes all uphill on the treadmill and abs :)

Now to start on Wednesday ;)

  1. tuesday was terrible for me. i had an apple an orange in the morning. banana around 11. i was bad in the afternoon i had a handful of doritos =( for dinner i had broccoli and chicken. all day i had 4 bottle of water. nat & i went to the gym @ 5am whooo hooo did 20 min cardio then abs n 2 leg machines

    Nothing too bad about that! You have to treat yourself sometimes. A handfull did not throw you off! Keep going, we'll be there before you know it! Woohooo :)
